How to Create a Yes / No Question
Would you like to add a Yes / No question to a questionnaire? Here's how to do it step by step.
Steps to follow
1. Access the questionnaire editor
Go to the Questionnaires tab.
Open an existing questionnaire or click on Create a questionnaire.
2. Add a new question
Click on Add a question, then select Other.
3. Choose the question type
In the Question type dropdown menu, select: Multiple choice (single answer)
4. Create the answer choices
Enter the following options:
Yes
No
You can also add other options if needed.
5. Check the recommended options
In most cases, we recommend:
Checking the Satisfaction driver option
Marking Yes as Satisfied
This allows you to easily measure satisfaction from the collected responses. 👉 See the example in the screenshot below:
Summary
Question type: Multiple choice (single answer)
Answers: Yes and No
Enable: ✅ Satisfaction driver ✅ "Satisfied" for the Yes response
